there are some spirits that are still roaming the earth when their deaths are not yet supposedly their time to go. if you feel that its your grandma that's watching over you, she may not have left the earth yet and is still guiding and guarding you. she may have thought that you still need her that she still doesn't want to leave you.

If you think so then its your love and affection towards your grandma. Angels are appointed by GOD for taking care of HIS creations and bless them. They are not the common human beings, who have completed their life on earth but some special creation of GOD. They cannot be seen by anyone.
