YES. I've encountered and experienced and I believed it was an angel. I worked and lived in the church for how many years. One time the church had a " morning Prayer" program. I was the gate keeper and I need to open the gate before 4 am because that time people will come and pray. One day, I woke up 20 minutes before 4 am and I hurriedly go and open the gate. As on my way to the gate I saw a man in the pulpit kneeling. I was thinking that it was my Pastor's wife who woke earlier than me. After opening the gate, I wash my face, cleaned up and changed. Then, I went inside the church to pray and the man is still there. He/she was quiet and I thought the man was fallen asleep while praying. Take note than in my Pastor's family, only my pastor's wife usually go downstairs and pray as their house/parsonage is in the back of the church. The children are still young and go to school so they didn't join us in our morning prayer. My Pastor prefer to stay in their room and have morning prayer there. So, that person must be my pastor's wife. The person,wear white dress and I didn't look at him much because I really thought that it was my Pastor's wife. So, I quietly kneel to the chair next to the person and pray. I still didn't hear anything from him/her. I continued in praying and after few minutes, I heard somebody singing from the back of the church/parsonage. Besides singing, I heard heavy steps as well going down on the stairs. I am pretty sure that the person who is singing is my Pastor's wife. And it means that she just woke up and about to pray. So, remembering the person kneeling next to me I was kind of frightened and made me think if who was it. I opened my eyes and looker at the place at where that person kneeling before and nobody was there. Then, on the far end, I saw my Pastor's wife kneeling but still singing and she we a flowery red dress. I stopped praying and sit in a one corner thinking who may be that person that was praying earlier even before I open the gate. After that moment, many church member come and pray but I didn't kneel down again because what I see really troubles me. I believed it was an angel. I had 2 time experienced with unusual person and that one is still clear in my mind and I keep it always. What do you think? It was an angel or something?

Yes, I believe that meeting angels in disguise is possible.

When I was younger, I was walking to my work when I suddenly felt stomach upset and suffered an "intestinal accident" in a middle point between my home and my office, but then needing to wash myself. I remembered a nearby forest with a river running downhill so I went there.

Being a woman and getting into the forest alone may be risky anytime and anywhere, but I didn't care, I needed water and my only chance to get it was going to the river. However, I ignored that a consortium had constructed some houses around the forest entrance, houses not yet inhabited.

I didn't care either and kept walking inside the forest, but when I reached the last house on the road, an old man appeared from nowhere and approaching to me said "Hey miss, don't turn left at the next intersection because there is an abandoned car where criminals hide."

I thanked him for the advice, and both of us kept on walking our way. However few steps ahead I felt curiosity and looked back to see where that man was going to. Surprisingly the old man had gone and there was not way to leave the forest from that point nor to enter in to the new, closed houses, which entrance door was not on that side of the road.

It didn't walked to such intersection because anyway the river was already a few steps ahead from the encounter point. I could see the abandoned car in the distance so the old man really knew about, and pme week later I read in the newspaper how the police caught a criminal gang hiding and assaulting people in that forest.

Since then. I am convinced that such old man was an angel in disguise who wanted to protect me.

Wow, I loved reading these stories. I haven't encountered anything like these - although I have experienced acts of kindness from strangers nothing has stuck in my mind. It is so nice to hear these stories.

I've never met someone like this. I like to help others as I would like them to help me. I have also encountered very friendly people that I could tell were Christians. No one struck me to be an angel though.

I know one thing for certain, angels send people into our lives to do the work for them. We just fail to recognize it.
