Physical Evidence of OBE?

Are there any particular physical signs during your OBE? I have a foot-stomping experience of it which was started with a very deep and very loud vibration in my ears and was very uncomfortable. Share your experience?

I don't have any such experience but I felt somewhat like it in my dreams. I was awake in midnight fully drenched with sweat after that nightmare. Yes, I would call it a nightmare rather that an OBE.

Well, close to OOBE experiences... the symptoms that you undergo when you are just about to exit can be nightmarish. Some astral projector even hear screams, which terrify them out of their wits. But it is quite normal to hear buzzing sounds, feel vibrations, and so on when you are about to exit. Also you will be experiencing sleep paralysis, which is quite scary.

I think that these symptoms are enough to scare someone in the middle of a night. However, as far as I came across the views of the people, its just like day dreaming about something with no control over mind at that time.
