Simple Technique for Astral Projection
« on: June 25, 2011, 01:09:12 PM »
This is a simple technique that will work with a little perseverance.

Pick a spot on the wall or a single object which you will fix your gaze.

Do not take your eyes off it.

As you continue to gaze at it you will find that your visual field begins to distort.

It will come in waves, each time growing stronger.

Continue staring even though all the visual distortion is happening and you will suddenly have a moment where your visual field of distortion engulfs you.

Once you reach that stage and you can stay with it, you will find yourself entering the astral dimension.

It may take you several attempts to get it right and feel comfortable doing it.

I have not tried it and it sounds new to me. I had tried looking at the image that is somewhat composed of dots or shapes. The eyes should be focused on it. And then after minutes, you look at the wall and you would see an image created from those dots or shapes.

That sounds harder than my current method! I don't understand the difficulty people have with astral projection. Whenever I feel like it, I just sort of float out of my body and go where I want to. The whole process of projecting takes about ten seconds to accomplish.
