astrology in itself is not fake, since its the study of how celestial bodies like stars and moons moved and other terrestrial matters. however, some people just make a living by telling your fortunes to make you happy and satisfied getting out of their booths. then feeling depressed if it doesn't come true, if you expected too much that it would happen. what i can say is, just live your life to the fullest, like each day is your last, and when you looked back you're having the time of your life.   

As far as it is related with the study of all these, it is correct. But it does not give an individual any power to forecast or predict something exactly.

Lines in our palms differs from every person and it has something to tell us about our lives. Ancient palmistry are more reliable than the modern ones cause there is somewhat divine connection to them. There maybe people that had given the ability to translate the meaning of it.
