How accurate is your horoscope when you read it? I sometimes read mine and at times it seems right now and other times off. Do any of your go by what your horoscope says?

I will from time to time read my horoscope, but most of the time I don't really put a lot of faith in it. I think it all depends on where the horoscope comes from. Some places just scribble something down and say its enough. I have found that the few places that do look into the horoscopes in depth are forced to over generalize it for everyone. A personal horoscope is much more accurate than the main stream ones.

I do read horoscope sometimes since I find it interesting. But It does not affect my action or decision for the day. I just sometimes compare it from the real happening for a certain day. It was right that sometimes it was a bit true and sometimes not at all.

Every time I read mine or my husband's horoscope I always think the reading is spot on. Now, this could be due to the fact that the horoscopes are quite broad and touch on multiple subjects. I just read the articles and take them with a grain of salt. But there have been a few times when my jaw hit the floor and I had to call up a friend to let them know just exactly what my horoscope said!

I've found two really accurate horoscope websites from two good writers. My favorite is astrobarry.com - every week's update is eerily accurate and correct and he adds plenty of good details to make it more than just some vague information. FreeWillAstrology.com is good too.

Part of me says no, the other half says yes. There are times when my horoscope is accurate and there are times when it is all wrong. Anyway, if you believe so much in your horoscope, the tendency is you will end up doing what your horoscope suggests.

My horoscope is accurate sometimes. I don't use it as a guide, however. I do read my yearly horoscope in the beginning of each year, and I must say, what it said, as far as my career for 2011, has been been pretty spot on.

Thats exactly why I keep away from horoscopes these days. I am concerned that I may come to be guided by my horoscope instead of my instincts. A few weeks ago I had a free personal horoscope reading, and it was so spot on it was spooky. I always find even generalised horoscopes are pretty accurate for me. I seem to be a typical Gemini - all the normal general characteristics of the sign apply to me, so perhaps that's why my horoscopes are always spot on.

I really do not bother with horoscopes but to answer this post I looked up yesterday's from http://www.calastrology.com/sagittarius-yesterday.html and it had absolutely no reflection on my life.

To me they are just a bit of amusing reading from time to time. Sometimes spot on and sometimes not. But there are 12 signs of the Western Zodiac and if you divide the amount of people living on Earth by 12 I am sure that it will be accurate for some and for others not so!

I think my horoscope is hit or miss sometimes. I don't really read them everyday. If I am bored, I will look it up. I don't think it is without merit in some cases. I think the assessment of personalities based the signs is pretty accurate. But I don't base my life decisons on it.

I don't read horoscopes that are listed in the newspaper or on Facebook. They're generic so that most people could relate regardless.

I have had a full astrological workup done, though, based on the exact time I was born at the specific latitude/longitude, etc, and it's uncanny how exact it was with so many things. I would say the majority was true about me and I couldn't apply it to most other people either.

I will read them sometimes as a bit of a giggle but that's all. The law of averages predicts that once in a while they'll be 'close' but nothing more than that.

I used to work with a girl who would plan her day around what her horoscope had said.

I don't say that these are 100% accurate but sometimes it really works. Prediction is a way to guide you what you are actually about to do. Well I do not read daily horoscope but I like to read yearly horoscope, which sometimes really useful to make my work strategy according to this.

I find that the horoscope is very unreliable! lol I put it right up there with a fortune in a fortune cookie. Also, a lot of horoscopes are so generalized, they could fit anyone.
