« on: July 30, 2009, 01:17:09 AM »
Palmistry --- the practice or art of telling the future through the study of the lines of the palm, also known as palm reading, or chirology. this is also said to be of origin from indian astrology.

do you guys think this is accurate? has anyone tried having their palms read?

Recently, a friend of mine ask to see my palm and he do some palm reading. Well, there are some situation he actually pointed out and it seems that it was true.  However, I don't totally about this palm reading, because it's only God who knows everything. How about you, do you believe with this?

I don't exactly believe in palmistry, but there are some things that GOD has embedded in our lines of the palm. However, I don't believe that anyone can read those things, its nearly impossible. I think that this is just the matter of earning money through befooling innocent people.

I don't exactly agree with you for this. Certainly GOD has embedded something in our lines of palm and they have some meaning. If you agree that they have some meaning, then there would be some or the other way to understand it. This may be difficult but not impossible, however, this may or may not be done through the palmists in the present scenario.

There is no such thing as impossible. If you believe that the lines in your palm represent something that is beyond your comprehension, why can't someone interpret them? People have been reading oracles since the early ages and the ones who master their knowledge have always been very accurate.

Yeah, I am saying the same thing but its hard to find the right person for reading them correctly. Everytimd I met with a palmist, I try to check his gestures and body language and I find that they are just overacting and over reacting. They are just making fool of everyone to make some money and causing disgrace to palmistry, when they are being caught.

NO one can say a human beings future by seeing to hand and its lines. It is gods creation because a babies hand is always closed in the mothers womb. So those lines are formed.

i had an acquaintance before read my hand, what she told me was actually right. i can tell that she's not guessing because the lines she read reflected my real attitudes. she also doesn't accept any payment by doing so and only does it with a selected few.  i've tried having my palm read by a paid palm reader for fun, i wasn't fascinated at all with what she told me.

I would like to say that she was the right person whom you admire because she did not want to have an advantage in monetary term for her knowledge of palmistry. However, still I am sure that no one can tell the future through palm reading.

TThe lines of your hands can change over time. So, I don't think they can predict our future, but they are really helpful in understanding pattern of influences and outcomes in our life.
