I don't think it has anything to do with menopause. I have seen these symptoms with the very young too. Have you checked your thought patterns? Observe them for a day or two and find out what sorts of thoughts you think. Negative thought patterns attract negative entities that attack themselves on you and feed on your negativity and create these symptoms. The best way to get rid of them is to develop a cheerful outlook to life. Keep the house cleansed and energized by sprinkling salt around and burning candles and incense. Good food, lots of rest, relaxation, meditation, socializing, pets, hobbies, and others will also help. Do something you love doing. I hope this helps.
