Christian metal bands

I'm fine with Christian metal bands and Christian thrash metal bands. Some of the lyrics are well written and the riffs and drumming can be amazing. In general I'm fine with metal, I just don't listen to the satanic music. However, many people just think of metal as the devil's music because of the satanic music and black metal.

So how do you feel about Christian metal bands?

I don't particularly like metal music but I know a lot of people do. Some just listen to metal music, so I think there's definitely a need for Christians to reach that audience. The gospel says to go to the uttermost parts of the earth to preach the good news and that doesn't necessarily mean just geographically.

I agree with sofree if metal rock can reach those audience that would be good especially when majority of metal rock contain violence, pain and regret on their lyrics. I think it's cool that they are expressing their love and service to God in their own special way.

I don't go for metal music, it irritates me. However, if that is one way to spread the belief and convince the younger set, I have no objections.

I could actually used to listen to christian band musics. They are really good to the ears. Do you know what's good when you're listening to this type of musics? Well, because you're not only singing that time it could also one way of prayer. By the way, what is your favorite christian music?
