I have always been curious about psychics, and like to have my cards read from time to time. Sometimes just for fun, sometimes when I actually feel like Im in need of a little guidance. Every time I've gone to see a psychic, each and every one of them tells me that I am psychic. I believe that each of us have within in us the power to be, which is why I believe they all tell me this. So my question is, how does one develop their psychic abilities?

Have you had any psychic experiences yourself? You should identify when and where these came about first. Meditation helps, allowing your to clear the mind and tune in to energies.

Try experimenting with a few basic psychic exercises. Get a deck of cards and remove the four aces, then try to pick out which one is the Ace of Spades. Focus on the shape of the spade or the color to see if you can feel or sense it.

I managed to develop the power through meditations of Yoga. But, it take many years. Very helpful is a meditation about a supernatural being för help. Who is very clean, can call up an angel. However very quickly come beings who passing through the center of nature, pagan gods, planetary spirits (see book arbatel) or natural spirits - fairies.........................

I also believe that we have that "psychic" ability within in everyone of us.
And I think one should be more sensitive and learn how to listen more in the environment, other people and listening our inner voice to improve or unleash such ability in ourselves. Meditation could help us understand some things better too.

Altered states and energy work, especially primary chakras -- tends to open up chakra-oriented abilities.
