Importance of Sleep?

What do you think importance of sleep in our religious life? About one fourth part of our life spent in sleeping. Is it necessary to rejuvenate only our body or both the brain and body?

Don't you believe that sleep is vital. Go for 24 hours without sleep and you will know its importance.

Sleep is a gift of god where a person can really experience the happiness out of his busy life. It is an easy method to get rid of every tensions and stress from body and as well as mind.

I think 6-8 hour sleep is always necessary to maintain a proper balance between your mind and body and to achieve a calm and relax state, so that we can perform with good efficiency. Sleep disorders are very common in this modern society which results in mental and emotional unbalances.
