Suicides outpace car crashes as leading cause of deaths from injuries

The world is hurting. People are crying for help and oftentimes the children suffer most. As I reflect on what can actually be done I realize that if it were not for the "competition" idea there would be no wars or divisions and social problems would be a thing of the past. I believe that Spirit is with all of us all the time, but at times it really dosen't seem like it. Why does God conceal himself so when his children are in such need of guidance?

There are times when I feel like becoming a social worker and devoting my life to helping people. There are times when I feel as though I could be doing more, and then I reflect on how I've behaved towards others. Usually that comes with some guilt. I wish I knew how to do more. It's such times that it does me good to remember ACIM and that the world is nothing more than our dream.

What do you think will happen to those who committed suicide? I mean, does God accept them in His kingdom? Because we know the fact that its against his will.

Hi,
the mere fact that we have the capacity to discuss suicide means that god wanted us to have this discussion. Which also means that god gave us the free will to do with our bodies as we please. The same is the case with women and their right to choose to end a pregnancy.
Of course, to be human is so special that it would be a terrible waste to throw this human life away on a whim. First we need to accomplish the most important undertaking of all: to realize that we are god. After that, we will live our lives in a way that is in accordance with the will of god whatever that may be.

Could you elaborate on the "we are God" part?
