Now, almost all people know or learn English. So, I think in the near future there are no a language barrier.

Hi,
the only place where you can work out your present karma is right were you are. Going some other place doesn't help. If you feel a strong pull to move somewhere else, or if circumstances push you towards a place, then don't resist. Go with it. But, try to do the best you can right where you are, as long as you are there. Forget about the greener grass somewhere else. Accept that this is the best place for you, even if you don't really feel it. Life put your in your present place for a reason. At this moment this is the best place for you.
The teachings of the Bhagavad Gita (about doing my duty wherever life puts me) helped me a lot in this regard.
