Healing Thoghts

What do you personally think about them? Do they really work for your friends and family members to carry them over their difficulties?

I don't know that whether they really work or not because I have not tried it till now. However, I feel that healing thoughts are real. Repetitive thinking patterns about healing change the structure of the brain. The down side is they do not always work fast.

I think healing thoughts can be like personal prayers.  If you believe that prayer works I can't see why you wouldn't believe that thoughts can work too.

Healing thoughts make a person have more faith and more hope. Maybe for simple headaches healing thoughts could work cause it just usually requires rest. Healing thoughts could also help us to have happy thoughts which i think help us feel better and energized.

I definitely believe that healing thoughts are beneficial. Continuous negative thoughts cause stress on the mind, body and spirit. It's like enveloping yourself in a bubble of negativity. To use positive and healing thoughts seems logical in reversing those negative effects.

I know that when I change my thoughts from negative to positive, I begin to heal from whatever consumes me. Not saying that it's easy or instant, but I can certainly tell a difference. Negativity breeds negativity and positivity breeds positivity. I can't see any negatives in using healing thoughts. Healing thoughts calm the body and mind, which in turn, surely has to work in some way, even if psychological.

Katlyn is right on.  I could not agree more.  Our thoughts definitely travel.  What a concept, eh?  That is why we sometimes know who is calling us on the phone.  It is essential to think positive.  What we believe about ourselves is what will manifest.  It can be a real tough one.  My issue is economic.  I want to attract it but there is some belief deep inside I guess that keeps me always less than successful.  I'm still working on it.  I am re-reading a book by Debbie Ford (she was on the Oprah series lately and just seeing her name-too bad I missed the show-reminded me that I had her book and had never finished it) called "The Dark Side of the Light Chasers".  It is about embracing our dark side, which we all have and try to bury.  We need to admit that our bad qualities exist, or could exist, regardless of whether we act on them (we hope not!).  If anybody wants to hear more I will share.
