Here's a great exercise from the heart math institute that will really shift your biochemistry and allow you to access higher wisdom. Put your hand on your heart and visualize yourself breathing in and out of your heart, then imagine breathing in love, compassion and ease, do this for a couple minutes and you will reach what they call coherence, do this a couple times a day and it can change your life.
