Mind Picturing/Mind Imaging

Have you ever performed it? Its the simplest way to get rid of difficulties. Many author"s like Wilfrid Northfield had written books like "Curing nervous tension"on the healthy and fruitful effects of mind picturing on body. It simplymeans to make mind pictures about a lightly and fruitful future.

I have found myself doing that once and a while what is really weird is when it really does happen have you ever had that happen

No, I have only heard of people talking about mind picturing but never heard of any success story of anyone. People told that they have tried to do so but no one can perform it. If anyone knows about the correct method of performing it then it will be a great help for me also.

maintaining a mental picture is difficult at best. but a vision board, which is a pictorial representation of what is desired is a permanent image, something which can be looked upon at any time to reminder the creator of the board of their goals and desires.
if all you see is 'suffering' then that is all you will feel. look for what is better in yourself and see only that.

Mind picturing is a difficult and time taking practice, but with a regular and daily practice one can performed it with a good perfection to encounter his mind with a fruitful imagination of a bright future.

It involves creating some imaginative pictures about a fruitful future in your mind. This practice requires a lot of concentration and practice for a perfect mind picturing.

yeah, i tried picturing that image in my mind also but it doesn't hold for long. it probably requires a lot of patience and concentration, and distractions no less. i would have to try harder, so i could get a long and fruitful life, trying doesn't hurt at all. ;D

It is difficult to practise but if you carry it on a continuous basis then you will surely get benefited. It helps in reducing the tension from our mind and gives a soothing effect because we are viewing the scene that we want to visit or the happy moments awaiting for us.

This also leads to get momentarily pleasure that reduces the tension from the mind. A person can spend the time with the most favourite individual of his/her life. This creates a positive impact on the personality of the individual foreseeing it.

For doing anything we require to do Mind picturing or mind imaging because if our mind is not prepared then how can we complete our work properly.

I had never tried it. I think mind picturing requires deep concentration and perseverance in order to achieve the goal of it. It may took longer time for people who less likely to concentrate and easily be disturb by the outside noises.
