I actually teach a short course in Caribbean Obeah and how it used plants a creatures to produce certain effects.  Does anybody know of anything similar?

I have some interest in these type of magic but I don't have much information. What type of magic is this Carribean Obeah, is it black magic. Can you please explain in detail, I want to learn some magic but I can't find anyone who can teach me.

i think in india they use stones and rocks to reproduce the same effect. Sorry i do not know the name of it but it may be worth a look as im sure it sounded similar to what you are trying to describe. where do you teach the short course out of interest?

I don't believe in any type of magic but I have heard of it that Obeah bears some similarity to Voodoo which is found in former French colonies and Santeria which is found in former Spanish colonies. All of these practices have a blend of African and European myths and beliefs regarding spiritual and mystical unknowns.
