I have sister. We use to fight often. Problem between us will be very small it can be adjusted by me, but i use to fight with her for small small things. After practicing meditation i feel sad to do such things. Meditation helped me lot to change myself.

the benifit of the meditation depends on the type which you practice and the time you practice and it may depends male to female also.
the symptoms of improvement after doing meditation iis so many.. tell me what type of meditation you are doing and after that i will let you know what will be the benefit of it.

Meditation is the best way for stress solution and best method to make your mind, body and soul calm. You can relieve all your stress and tension in a simple way.

You are right, meditation helps a lot in relaxing and keeping ourself cool while facing some stress also. It is a good tool for releasing work tension and office load also but it depends from person to person. I also get benefited a lot by it, whenever I feel that my work load is increasing and a tension starts building in my mind, then its time for meditation.

The way that I look at meditation and the way that it would benifit you and me would be
1 To clear your mind and make you look at things more clearly .
2 Make you stop and think before you act
3 To help keep you out of bad situations

Meditation helps in enhancing motivational power  needed to fight with difficulties and problems of life. It also strengthens our immune system. In a new research 26 lakes people in U.K. regularly performs meditation/yoga/other therapies.
