Do you think there is any connection between your food and Meditation? According to a recent research some herbal foods impart a positive effect on Hippo campus region of our brain which helps in achieving a proper concentration during our Meditation.

I personally have not heard of this , but I guess that in a way it is possible especially if you use a lot of herbs and herbal remedies or teas I guess in a way that it might help because they say that herbs increase certain things in your body so I guess that it is possible .

This possibility cannot be neglected as the herbal food is always nutritious and healthy. It is being said that the regular user of herbal food is never seen on the bed, but nowadays we don't even get fresh green vegetables to eat.

I guess perhaps it means that people who consume healthy, herbal foods do not get sick too often. Which is quite true as fresh fruits and vegetables are free of additives and chemicals, thus we intake less of the bad stuff that has negative impact on our health.

Blue child you are right there are so many people that do not get the fresh fruit or veggies that we need to keep our health up .. personally I think that when you go to the store the stores should make sure that the foods that we consume do not have all of the chemicals that they put on the food to preserve them .. you know what i mean ???

Herbal and natural food helps in achieving a proper concentration and also keeps away diseases and ailments. Some researches also suggests that there are less chances of heart disorders in vegetarian people.
