are auras just for living beings?
« on: November 10, 2012, 04:29:29 PM »
Hello, I am new here. Something is happening that i don't know how to explain and don't know where else to ask.

Over the last year or year and a half i dreamt about 3 times of a dead man.
I don't have a clue who the man is, he is just a shadow; it's always the same, he never speaks, comes into the room, stands by my bed to my left and looks at me. I am not sure I am actually asleep when i "see" this or if it is that sort of semi-wakeful state in the instant before you actually fully wake up.
What I know is that the man is dead (well at least he is in the "dream"), it's just a shadow therefore no facial features, not recognizable.
I always wake up with the heart jumping out of my chest but the man is not scaring me; he is not scary; I am not scared, it is a very strong sort of impression.

Yesterday I woke in the middle of the night with something else very strange, I was seeing a circle of pale red light, not a perfect circle, it was irregular, but it was a circle, it was like a thin line of light suspended in mid air to my right, it just stood there. This time too, i am not sure if I was awake or not but when i fully woke up i had a racing heart-beat, i peered my eyes in the dark but it was gone.

Over the last year and a half something has changed that i cannot put my finger on. It's not bad, just strange and, mostly, just a feeling, like a faint link with some other strange dimension, if not afterlife, the something like that, i don't know.
This is new to me, I am very level headed, not religious, agnostic. Mostly quite skeptic. But rather interested in a guy who is unknown to the majority, called J Krishnamurti. I started reading his works more or less at the same time this new feeling arose and I am inclined to put it down to self delusion, but just not sure.

If anyone has any gut feelings I would love to hear them.

Thank you in advance

I know Krishnamurti. Maybe these dreams are telling you that you are on a dead track.
Krishnamurti did not like the label that was put upon him. Maybe you should go for a spiritual teacher or channel that did go for it.
There are plenty of them.

Hmm, it could be possible that the man is someone from your past that you do not remember but you are familiar with. And he is sending you positive energy/aura so that is why you are not afraid of him. The full circle you have experienced may be related to the man you saw, as a circle or aura of energy from the spirit of the man. I suggest you perhaps try and contact the man to find out about him, or try to speak to him in your dream? If you find you don't have control over your dream, try repeating a phrase before you go to sleep like, "I will talk to the man." Let me know how this goes.
