If you want to practice yoga it might be better to take some lessons from a qualified teacher. The various postures that you have to take are not so easily learned from a book or internet imo although some of them do look quite simple. You need a teacher standby to correct your body to the right positions.
Also, I found it more inspiring to do it in a group of persons. You learn from each other. I did it in the past. I really enjoyed it for the time being.

Thank you for your advice. I'm now thinking of trying yoga classes with a group of friends who also want to seek spiritual completeness. Yes, I reckon that some postures in yoga are not easy to learn but given my Flexibility (I learned ballet before), I'm sure that I can handle them pretty well.

I would love to see you perform some ballet some time, but it's not only about flexibility. You have to know where to put the accents on. Like how far you have to go to bend your back in or out. It's not going to be much of a problem if you are flexible enough. The point is to release the tensions, so you never have to go beyond your natural limits. You don't have to cross a pain border or so.

It's a good way to get deeper in touch with your body. It really makes you aware of tensions inside it on different places. Once you have learned to recognize that you can see it coming on much earlier and do something about it before it builds up to significant proportions in your body.

I did Hatha yoga. There are several other kinds of yoga, but Hatha is very popular.
I hope you will enjoy it. I certainly did. :)

But I don't think you will ever find spiritual completeness. Spiritual growth and spiritual awareness is a never ending path. There are always new things to learn.
