I have never considered this idea, but now that you mention I can see this is why we ignore the day when we will die; we would spend our remaining time trying to find how to get the most of our last hours on earth.
Even though, if I would knew it, I would probably be visiting the most meaningful sites out there I visited once, recalling the days of happiness. I would not say goodbye to anyone, and much less to my beloved ones, because that would be adding extra suffering to their souls.
I would not pray because I don't believe everything is over when we pass away, but in life beyond dead, so I would probably experience contradictory feelings; sadness for living this material world, but happiness to finally discover if such life exists and the chance to meet with the persons I love that have already passed away.
