Who can become Spiritual?

What do yiou think is the basic need to become spiritual. I don't think a man without a character can become spiritual. What are your views?

i don't think there is a 'need' to become spiritual at all. people move at their own pace on their own path.

I don't believe there is a thing as ''a man without character'' first of all. Secondly, it is not a need to become spiritual. Each of us follows a path that might or might not bring us to spirituality at some point in our lives. It usually starts off with asking ourselves what we are doing here, what is our real purpose and so on. Some people don't even experience it and go on to the next life nonetheless.

So, what is the true meaning of spirituality according to you. For me, its a feeling to stick towards the basic concepts of life and not of any particular Quixotic sentiments of a religion.

For me, spirituality is my forever connection with what is above and beyond what I experience here on Earth. It is the knowing that I am not just this body that walks around, does the daily things but there is more about me. I am an extension of the Creator that always exists; hence, I too will eternally exist. It is being able to disconnect from the material world and feeling that even though what goes around me is temporary, I am not.

Spirituality is a feeling which connects you to the creator and your experience with his creations.

to me spirituality is an inner understanding - not knowing exactly - that is ultimately not influenced by any external source to your own heart, soul and being. something that makes sense to you no matter what perspectives challenge you to expand or deepen your understanding.

I don't think there is a relation between spirituality and a particular religion. One can define and creates his own spirituality according to his own principles. So its meaning can vary from person to person.

In a sense it is easy to become spiritual and in another it is very hard. A person can become spiritual not by the strength of his character. We find persons who have great strength  and who are infamous for their role as a tormentor to humanity. They are light year away from becoming spiritual. A person can become spiritual if he is really in love withthe suffering humanity. Life of Buddha or Jesus Christ teaches us so.

To become spiritual is not that much easy and we can't even confined it according to the religion or practices we follow. Its a journey to become familiar with true meaning and aim of our life.

Yes a man without good character can become spiritual. a good character is the key requirement for it. So try to have it.

i think all of us has a spiritual nature that we aren't aware of, though we have different understandings and beliefs. some of us might not belief in Allah or God, but venerates a thing or a person as their God.

I am sorry to say but no one can become spiritual untill and unless GOD has chosen him. GOD choose the person whom HE thinks is suitable for communicating HIS messages to the people. You cannot become spiritual on your own and undoubtedly no one will believe you.

You are right. The whole concept of spirituality revolve around building of character and qualities which should reflect in any individual which can only be possible by following a true faith in God and his creativity.

Indeed and it is the GOD who has the quality of measuring that character and choosing the person for becoming spiritual or HE is the one who grants spirituality to the selected human beings.
